Meet The Team

Piers started working in the healthcare recruitment industry in 1996. Starting at ground level he was part of a successful start-up company based in North London that grew into an established AHP provider of locum staff to the NHS and private companies nationwide. In 1999 he founded Piers Meadows Recruitment Limited. Initially recruiting Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists, the team has grown over the years and now provides all Allied Health Professionals and Health Science Service staff. Piers is involved in all aspects of the business and particularly in the recruitment of new personnel.

Alex joined PMR in 2000. Alex is responsible for all recruitment activities within PMR. An Economics and French graduate, he worked for 6 years as Retail Manager of an exclusive Interior Design Company on the Kings Road. He then went on to become General Manager of Wildwood Golf Club in Surrey, and still spends as much time as possible on the golf course.

Camilla graduated from Oxford Brookes in 2007 where she studied Performing Arts in Education and Hospitality Management. Before working at Piers Meadows Recruitment, she was the sales coordinator for the British Fashion Council. In her spare time, Camilla enjoys going to art galleries, fashion, sailing and cooking and socialising with friends. She joined in 2012 to work with the Payroll team.

Kim joined Piers Meadows Recruitment in 2002. Kim has gained years of recruitment experience, and also looks after our three major contracts in Yorkshire, East Midlands and the South West. Kim is a history graduate from Royal Holloway, University of London. In her spare time she loves visiting new places, film and going to the theatre.

Ben graduated from the University of Central Lancashire with a BSc in Mathematics. After working in payroll within the public sector, he moved to London to continue his career as a rising star in the payroll world.

Victoria joined PMR in 2008, bringing with her recruitment experience having spent the last 2 years in social care recruitment. Victoria comes from a teaching background and is also fluent in Russian and Ukrainian. In her spare time she enjoys reading classical literature, cooking as well as visiting museums and art galleries.

After spending two years in New York and working as a full time performer, Gemma joined Piers Meadows to recruit Physiotherapists and Occupational therapists. She has great admiration for the NHS and is passionate about what Piers Meadows offers candidates and clients. In her spare time, Gemma likes to keep fit and active and try new things, like stage fighting and Pilates.

Ana joined Piers Meadows Recruitment in 2022. Right before that, she completed her master’s degree in Criminology at the University of Edinburgh. Right now, she is just building her way up in compliance and really enjoys it. In her free time, it’d be perfect if she could just have a beer, watch Formula 1, or play tennis.

Before joining Piers Meadows in 2019, Rachel worked in mainstream schools across East London, supporting children with special educational needs. Rachel has since helped many AHP’s secure suitable positions, and enjoys building long-term relationships with individuals in the sector.

Straight from Sicily, Noemi joined Piers Meadows to expand her experience on the payroll department. In her spare time, Noemi likes travelling, spend time with friends and watching movies.
