Meet The Team

Piers founded PMR in 1999 and has been a driving force ever since. He thrives on recruiting and motivating new team members, creating a dynamic and inspiring work environment. Outside of the office, Piers is an avid cyclist, frequently exploring country roads and trails. His passion for teamwork and adventure truly defines his character.

Alex joined PMR in 2001 after managing a golf club in Sussex, blending his hobby with his professional career. Alex is responsible for all recruitment activities within the company, ensuring that the most highly skilled professionals are brought on board. In his spare time, you can find him on the golf course, working to improve his handicap, or in the pub with our newest team members.

Kim joined PMR in 2002 and has since become the cornerstone of our team. With extensive experience and a deep understanding of the healthcare recruitment market, Kim brings invaluable insights to our operations. Known for her sociable nature, Kim enjoys visiting new places, meeting friends, and going to the theatre, making her a vibrant presence in both our office and the community.

Gemma spent two years in New York as a performing artist before joining PMR in 2017. Gemma has a deep admiration for the NHS and is incredibly proactive and passionate about caring for her candidates. In her spare time, Gemma enjoys staying fit and maintaining an active lifestyle.

Camilla joined PMR in 2012, bringing her valuable experience from the British Fashion Council. In her spare time, Camilla enjoys exploring art galleries, indulging in fashion, sailing, and cooking. Her diverse interests reflect her creative spirit and passion for the arts.

Meet Ben, who transitioned from a career in payroll in the public sector to join PMR in London in 2022. As the operations manager, Ben ensures everything runs smoothly within the company. Outside of work, Ben has a keen interest in politics and enjoys staying up to date with current events.

A history graduate from Northumbria University, Joe joined PMR in 2024.  Joe has an adventurous spirit,and enjoys hiking and wild camping, bringing a unique perspective to our team.  Congratulations goes to Joe for recently completing his first Parkrun! We’re excited to have you on board and look forward to your contributions

Tom joined PMR in 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his work in the TV industry. Eager to embrace this new challenge, Tom is already making  a significant impact.  Outside of work, Tom is an avid runner and enjoys watching football, balancing his professional life with his passion for sports.
